Membership is not insurance
A direct primary care membership with Ridgeview Direct Care is an agreement for primary care services in exchange for a periodic fee. It is not health insurance, does not satisfy any requirement to carry health insurance, and does not cover hospitalization, specialist care, emergency services, or prescriptions unless the membership agreement expressly says so. Members are encouraged to maintain separate coverage for services outside the membership.
Forms and communication
Forms on the Site are for scheduling and general inquiries. They are not secure channels for medical information. Please do not submit symptoms, diagnoses, medications, or other protected health information through the Site. If you have a medical emergency, call 911.
Pricing
Prices listed on the Site are current as of the last update and may change. The price in your signed membership agreement or written estimate controls.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Site to transmit unlawful, harmful, or misleading content, to attempt unauthorized access to any system, or to copy or reproduce Site content for commercial purposes without permission.
Intellectual property
The Site’s text, images, logo, and design are the property of Ridgeview Direct Care or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
Third-party links and embeds
The Site may link to or embed third-party services such as maps and scheduling tools. Ridgeview Direct Care is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those services.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ridgeview Direct Care is not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Any dispute relating to the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Jefferson County, Colorado.
