Ridgeview Direct Care (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information ridgeviewdpc.com (the “Site”) collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. It applies to the Site only. Information you share as a patient is governed separately by our Notice of Privacy Practices, which you receive when you become a patient.

When you submit a form on the Site (for example a meet and greet or membership request) we collect the information you enter, such as your name, email address, phone number, and message. Form submissions are delivered to the practice by email and stored in the Site’s administrative dashboard. Please do not include medical details in Site forms; they are not a secure channel for protected health information.

Like most websites, the Site collects basic technical information such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and approximate location, using cookies and similar tools. We use Jetpack Stats to understand site traffic. Embedded Google Maps may set cookies governed by Google’s privacy policy.
