Visiting our Wheat Ridge office

Ridgeview Direct Care is at 4045 Wadsworth Blvd, Ste 300, Wheat Ridge, CO 80033, a short drive from Arvada, Lakewood, Golden, Edgewater, Applewood and west Denver. See all areas we serve. There is a free on-site parking lot, and the parking and entrance are wheelchair accessible. Once inside the building, follow the signs to Suite 300. The practice is appointment-only, so please call or book before you come in.

What happens after you get in touch

After you send the form or call, the office will contact you to set up a free meet and greet with Dr. Kroner. It is a chance to ask how membership works, what it costs and whether it fits your health needs, with no commitment. If you already know you want to join, you can request a membership directly. Current members should use the patient portal or Dr. Kroner’s direct line for medical questions. Our new patient guide walks through each step, and the membership page explains what is included.
