New Patients: How to Start at Ridgeview Direct Care

1. Book a free meet and greet

The meet and greet is a no-commitment conversation with Dr. Kroner. Ask how membership works, what it costs, how to reach him and whether Ridgeview fits your health needs. There is no exam and no charge. Our guide to what to expect at the meet and greet covers it in more detail.

2. Join

When you are ready, request a membership. The office confirms pricing, answers any questions and sends the membership agreement. There is no payment until you have the agreement in hand.

3. Your first visit

Your first visit is an unhurried intake visit to go through your history, medications, family history and goals, and to set up a plan for preventive care and any ongoing conditions. If you are switching from another doctor, we will help request your records; see how to switch primary care doctors.

What to bring

• A list of current medications and supplements, with doses
• Recent lab results, imaging reports and specialist notes, if you have them
• Your insurance card, for anything ordered outside the practice
• Your questions; there is time for them

After you join

Members can reach Dr. Kroner directly and are usually seen the same or next business day for most needs, in the office or by phone or video when that is appropriate. Use the patient portal to send messages and see your information, or call 720-807-9961.

Sports medicine without a membership

If you only need help with an injury, you do not need to join. Sports medicine visits are available to non-members at published prices.
