Membership pricing
- Individual: $129 a month, plus a $99 one-time registration fee
- Family (two adults in the same household): $199 a month, plus a $169 household registration fee when registering together
- Children up to age 26: $39 a month each, when joining with a parent or couple

- Unlimited primary care visits with Dr. Kroner, with longer, unhurried appointments
- Same-day or next-business-day appointments for most needs
- Direct access by phone, message or video between visits
- Preventive care and annual physicals
- Management of chronic conditions such as high blood pressure, diabetes and high cholesterol
- Care coordination: specialist referrals, test results and follow-up
- Member pricing on sports medicine services, with consultation fees waived
What is billed separately
Membership covers your care with Dr. Kroner. Labs, imaging, prescriptions, specialist visits and hospital care are separate, and most members keep insurance for them. Membership questions
Can I pay for membership with my HSA?
Possibly. In 2026 a direct primary care membership can be used with an HSA if it meets IRS rules, including a fee of no more than $150 a month for one person or $300 for more than one person. Ask the office and your HSA administrator whether your membership qualifies before using HSA funds.
Is there a contract?
The office sends a membership agreement before you join and walks you through it. Ask at the meet and greet about the terms.
Do I still need insurance?
Most members keep insurance for hospital care, specialists, imaging and prescriptions. Membership covers primary care.
